We arrived to find that there was a power outage and the manager stated that emails were sent out that morning, which I guess ours got lost
We arrived to find that there was a power outage and the manager stated that emails were sent out that morning, which I guess ours got lost. We weren’t offered any help in relocating or a discount on future stays or anything, which I’m upset, I used to love staying at this hotel. Very disappointed.
