Pros: Loved the building itself, the amenities, and the location! Cons: I liked everything but would suggest putting a full body mirror in the rooms (we were room 323).

Boutique hotel in a historic building with friendly staff, a great location, and good value.

Pros: The location was very close to the French Quarter. The event that we attended was just around the block. We were able to walk and not have to deal with street parking. We felt safe walking a night. Cons: There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom of our first floor room. The tile and shower were very old and didn't feel clean. The room had a slight sewage smell. Both headboards in the double room were outdated with water stains on the fabric. They need to be cleaned but preferably replaced. Great location but a dated hotel

Pros: The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the entire French Quarter and Frenchman Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was good for a two-night stay during our visit to New Orleans but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. Cons: The property’s dated charm is actually off-putting. The musky smell upon entering and the need for a refresh of all the upholstery are noticeable. The bottom-floor room windows aren’t frosted so blinds are always required for privacy from the street.
