Pros: Proximity to Sasazuka and bus to Shinjuku. Really nice n quiet. Cons: No elevator.

Pros: 清掃はきちんとしている Cons: 階段狭くてスーツケースを持ち上げるのが大変。 棚などないので、洋服など整理出来ない 前の道が狭くてタクシーなどが入れない wifiが不安定でビデオ会議は時々止まる

Pros: אהבנו את האזור והקרבה לתחנת הרכבת Cons: החוויה שלנו במלון הדירות הייתה מאכזבת, מתסכלת ובעיקר מקוממת. חשוב לי להבהיר: ידענו מראש שמדובר במלון דירות, ולכן כמובן שלא ציפינו לרום סרוויס, לניקיון יומי או לשירותים של מלון רגיל. זה לגמרי מובן. אבל יש הבדל עצום בין מלון דירות בשירות עצמי לבין מקום שלא מספק אפילו את הדברים הבסיסיים ביותר לאורחים שלו. היינו שלוש בנות צעירות שהגיעו עם שש מזוודות, והדירה שלנו הייתה בקומה הרביעית בבניין ללא מעלית. נאלצנו לסחוב בעצמנו את כל שש המזוודות ארבע קומות במדרגות, מבלי שאף אחד מטעם המקום הציע אפילו לסייע לנו. ברור לי שבמלון דירות אין שירות נשיאת מזוודות כחלק

Overall a great place to stay but adequate if you’re not spending time in it other than sleeping
