The amenities, the a/c that kept the room cool. Plenty of hot water and a shower that drained well. It’s was a very comfortable and cozy stay.

Pros: The front desk was friendly and super helpful. This place is also located right in Chinatown so it's within steps of the great shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Leicester Square station. Cons: The shower is quite tall and as someone on the shorter side, I had to be careful climbing in and out of it.

Pros: Its location and the size of the room and bathroom were very good. It was also quiet- given its location in China Town. And e felt safe with the security at the front door Cons: Cars could not access it after 11am

Very nice place to stay in.

Pros: Comfortable bed and room was clean, staff very helpful and frindly and in an excellent location Cons: Bath required a step up to be able to climb in. If you have mobility issues, you need to consider this. Also, if you set the overhead shower temp too high, you can't access the tap without going through the water. There is a floor rail for the moveable wall, but this makes standing at the sink a bit if an issue
