Very comfortable
Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but I think you’d have to eat a lot to get good value for money from it. Cons: It was all good, I wouldn’t change anything.
Prime location, close to large retail park and mway. Friend and accommodating staff.
Pros: Communication with the hotel was clear, informative and friendly, prior to and during my stay. Free slushies and popcorn ? Yes please 😆 Cons: A spoon in the room had tea stains on it, the kettle was a quarter full and that I found a dried contact lens in the bedding. Not a deal breaker but was disappointed to see these considering I’d only just entered the room. That aside I was happy with the room, hotel, staff and location.
parking is slightly complicated. if arriving after 11pm then its tricky to get in.

Pros: The room was well-maintained and equipped with comfortable furnishings. Cons: The hotel room included just one packet of water, which is insufficient given the expected guest amenities. I noticed that a small bottle of water was available for purchase at the tack shop for nearly £4, which seems excessive for such a basic item. This pricing highlights a potential mismatch between the services offered and their perceived value, suggesting that guests are only provided with the bare minimum. In addition, bath towels could be improved to slightly larger ones as opposed to the small towels pr
