Pretty good, but we'd look at alternatives next time

Pros: Our room was stylish & spacious, we went for a larger room, I'm glad we did. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Breakfast room is stunning, light, spacious with the lovely centred large table. staff really friendly & helpful. Great coffee. Cons: 15 minute walk in to Bath, can't say it's pleasant alongside the busy main road. Heart attack hill coming back, I'd suggest an Uber - £8-10 from Bath city centre, especially in the dark. Pros: Breakfast was excellent The breakfast hall was nicely located with lots of light in the room and spacious Very tasty breakfast and the waitress were elegant and kind Cons: Everything was above the expectations

Enjoyable stay, just enough out of city centre to be quiet, away from the crowds. Would stay again.

Pros: warm welcoming staff - accommodating to requests great breakfast self serve/honesty bar was good and good tea and coffee facilities Nice big room comfortable bed - great shower Cons: Not a complaint but a chest of draws and full length mirror in bedroom would be a good addition

Pros: Hotel is well located, 15 minute walk to the centre of bath. Room was a good size, very comfortable and clean. Cons: Parking is a little tight when busy but staff are very accommodating to ensure everyone can get parked.
