Great location, lovely hotel and friendly staff
Pros: Fantastic location for walking into Bath and walking to Bath train station for exploring further afield. It was great to have free parking included in the stay. The breakfast was really lovely and had a good selection. Cons: We were next to the breakfast room and whilst people were very quiet, the door constantly banged. We wake up early anyway but if you wanted to sleep in it would be a problem

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable guesthouse. The room air-conditioning was much appreciated in the hot summer when we stayed. Convenient location with a short walk into Bath.

Fantastic place with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Very comfy bed, amazing water pressure. 10min walk from view point and 10min walk from Romans Baths.
