Pros: Photos misleading. No permanent staff at the reception. Must 'call' a number on the dorr to get service. Cons: Sheets were stained. No cup in room.

Pros: Absolutely nothing! Gross and below British standard. Cons: Disappointing room and ignored complaints My stay at Leman House in July was very disappointing. The room was poor quality, the water pressure was low and even stopped during showering, and there were stains on the mattress. After attempting to move me a third time(!), I declined to stay for the third night and requested a refund for that unused night. I sent so many messages to the property, all of which went unanswered. Booking.com became involved at the end of July, but my complaint remains unresolved. The lack of re

Great for short Time - to be in the City of London for not much Money

Pros: Your are next to London City. Every Travel Point is a couple of minutes away. Second plus point is the easy access to the Motel/Hotel - You receive a Code to access via Message. Cons: Cold Shower. I used the shower 3 Times - 2 Times it was Cold... ; Room size (Room 6) is smaller than the picutures Show you - and by small room, i mean it! Also the Fridge wasnt empty...
