Friendly staff.
Pros: Very nice hotel in a very good location. Very nice food and excellent service with exceptional staff, especially Kawaljeet in Citrus Cafe, very nice person always attentive and helpful. Room service was excellent, very clean and Daisy & Chottu even helped us with our luggage while doing check out. The receptionist Anjali was very fast & cordial with us doing the check-in. Cons: There are no faults in this hotel.
