Amsterdam was pleasant
Pros: Carlos the young man was very understanding he helped me with my room yesterday 12/10/2026 he welcomed me when we arrived. We arrived here for our anniversary was definitely a place I’d likely stay again if in Amsterdam. Kevin was good too. The hotel in general was good, understanding and humble male staff which understood and great at empathy. Thanks Leonardo. Thank all. Cons: The sauna was nice but not as warm as they usually are.
