Pleasant stay in a fairly central location
Pros: The spacious room was nicely tidied up and presented beautifully. The facilities are up to date and work smoothly. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. Cons: The staff is friendly but too much tourist tax was charged upon check-in. It took a while before this was corrected. The elevator has limited capacity.
Excellent accommodation
Pros: Beautiful space comfortable for 5 people. Everything neat and clean, large windows overlooking inner courtyards which are actually parks. Cons: There is no air conditioning, which is not usually a problem in Belgium. We were there during a heatwave, but the staff, who were extremely helpful, provided us with additional fans.
