Due to transportation issues, I attempted to adjust arrival dates with Expedia and the hotel. They were totally uncooperative and would not honor the previously booked rates. I followed both Expedia and the hotel directions. I would not use them again.

We loved our stay at Leonardo and will likely never stay anywhere else in Belfast. Pros: The location was not just good, it was perfect, within walking distance to the main transit hub at City Hall, the train, and bus station. It was the biggest room we had in Europe with a good price. The reservation said it was a double bed, but I believe it was a queen and quite comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was good, and the bath products offered were good. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen in terms of quality and number of options. The staff at check-in (who had really cool glasses) was amazing. Compared to the other Leonardos, the breakfast wasn't as good, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location, close to all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly, and the self-served breakfast was good.

The bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely large bed. There was a lovely coffee machine and tea tray. The room had good blackout blinds and air conditioning. We were on the 5th floor, and it was very quiet. I would stay here again.
