Pros: Fairly central Cons: I was placed in an accessible room. I didn’t ask for that. The bathroom is not suitable for me

Pros: Location was great and staff were very friendly. Cons: The room was too hot even with the air con and temp down to 16 degrees. The curtains were not very thick and let in light. There was a smell on arrival maybe from the drains but it did go overnight. Plug hole for the shower was in an awkward position for showering as you ended up stepping on it and the water wouldn’t drain.

Pros: Die Innenstadtlage ist ideal, hat aber den Nachteil, dass es nachts sehr laut werden kann durch betrunkene Passanten. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts und hat Doppelfenster. Gefallen hat uns der hauseigene Parkplatz! Cons: Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert und man musste bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, so dass man den nächtlichen Krach durch Passanten mitbekam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas sparsam, aber OK.

Pros: The friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. The location was great and convenient Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged when I first arrived, and unfortunately, nothing was done to fix it. I also found it quite odd that the housekeeper kept insisting that I leave the room while she cleaned, even though I specifically told her I was happy to sit on the chair and stay out of her way. Another frustrating issue was the air conditioning, which kept shutting off just minutes after being turned on. I had to get up three times in the middle of the night because I was sweating, just to turn it ba
