Lovely place, good location.

The staff went out of their way to help; we were extremely happy. We had an issue checking in that was my mistake, and they were able to correct and account for it with no cost whatsoever to me.

Pros: The hotel is highly recommended

Pros: The hotel is highly recommended. It is within walking distance of everything important and far enough away to be quiet and not hear noises during the night. The only thing you could hear were the bells of Christchurch, which is right in front. One of our rooms faced the church and the other faced the little side garden, very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was well stocked, and the staff was very diligent. We arrived very early in the morning and were able to leave all our luggage and belongings until the rooms were ready. I would recommend it 100% and would stay here aga

Good location, spacious rooms

Pros: Good location. Comfortable spacious rooms. Well-appointed bathroom. Cons: Breakfast rather mediocre. Very good selection - but qualitatively rather modest and carelessly arranged.
