Very enjoyable stay, lovely hotel, will definitely stay here again.
Pros: When we arrived both rooms were upgraded to executive 😀. The location was excellent as was the view. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Cons: Couldn’t lower or switch off the air con in one of the rooms, 3 staff members tried for us at the desk, but still on in the room, must have been a problem. These things happen.

Pros: Lovely hotel, clean and very central. Staff friendly. Cons: We should have got to breakfast earlier. It ends at 9.30 in the week and was very busy.

Pros: Good location Cons: Buffet Breakfast had a two-tier pricing structure, if purchased 24 hours earlier cost £14, pp on the day £17pp, Not good value. Car parking very expensive, even after hotel discount and a good walk away from the hotel. Appeared to be well staffed but had to queue for 15 minutes to be served at the bar
