The location and staff are a plus
Pros: The staff's approach, helpful and friendly Cons: Unfortunately, despite buying a superior room, we got a room facing the fans. The noise was very annoying, they were turned off for a few hours at night but from 5 in the morning, it was impossible to have the window open.
Nice enough hotel in a good location, spoiled by inadequate air con that hasn't been maintained.
Pros: Decent hotel, good facilities, nice breakfast and great location. Cons: Air conditioning needs maintaining though. Could barely feel a draught from it at the lowest temperature setting (18 degrees) yet the room was really warm. The filter in roof absolutely choked with thick dust/lint. I cleaned it out myself for the second night and it did improve a bit, but the air con is generally ineffective because they don't maintain it.
Overall a good stay, would come back
Pros: Clean, breakfast was nice all be it on the expensive side, close to amenities Cons: Pillows!! Too hard Air con system locked, not adjustable in room cold at some points too hot at other. Gym left a lot to be desired, no free weights and rowing machine not working, clips also broke on weight machine.
