Pros: The hotel is ideally located. The tram stops nearby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. However, the greatest advantage is the opportunity to relax in the pool and sauna after a long journey. Cons: In the shower room, there was only a small shower head, and the water flowed very slowly. It would also be better if the staff in the spa area knew that entry to the sauna is already included in the room rate for guests who booked through Booking.

Pros: The breakfast was the only highlight of my stay. It offered a great selection of fresh and tasty food, and the breakfast staff were friendly and professional. In the spa area, our affectionately named 'Knossi' as a personal trainer. He took a lot of time for us. Saunas, provided ice, kept refilling drinks, and cleaned in between. Just fantastic. Also, the breakfast must be absolutely highlighted. Especially the omelette was amazing. Also, top information at the reception area with a lot of offered help. Simply an all-around carefree package
