Great hotel for family
Great Hotel for holidays and with family. We had a family room and staff was super kind and helpful. We got a room with amazing view on Tower and Tower Bridge. Tube is just 2 minutes away. Breakfast was perfect and Arnel Maria provided a warm welcome in morning. When in London would definitely come back.
Highly tecommended
Lovely room. Friendly staff, especially Arnel who greeted us on our first visit to breakfast. He was friendly, attentive and remembered us. He showed us to a quieter table which was perfect. Thank you to all who made our stay so wonderful.

Great for family.
Staff very kind and helpful - at reception, breakfast and room service. Great view from higher floors if available. Swimming pool offered nice relaxation after a day in city.
Prime location and nice facilities
Pros: I always stay here when in London. The location is fantastic. You're seconds from the Tower Hill Underground station and have impressive views and sights just around the corner. The rooms are always clean and there's now even a self-service shop corner in the reception area so you can buy various bits at all hours. The bar staff are always quite friendly too. Nice coffee machine in the room too! Cons: I'm sure it's a tough job but the staff at reception are often unsmiling, slow to chat, and a little cold. I've begun to expect it every time I stay here.
