Great location
Pros: The staff was excellent. The location was great. Cons: The layout of the room made it uncomfortable. They tried to put bulky furniture in a space that couldn't accommodate it. There was a constant noise coming from the ceiling. The staff tried to fix it to no avail.

Superb accommodation in downtown Bilbao
Pros: Super apartment ideally located in downtown (50 m from the metro...), clean and quiet despite being situated on a very lively street. Very responsive and friendly staff. No issues during the stay. Effective air conditioning. We recommend this accommodation to discover Bilbao... Cons: The apartment is well-equipped with appliances but lacks some additional tableware and a dishcloth would have been welcome...

Pros: The location
Pros: The location. It was on one of the liveliest pedestrian streets in the city, with many restaurants and bars. Cons: It was very small, we could barely move around inside. Although we paid a high price to stay there, in the 5 days we stayed, no one came to clean the bathroom or bring us a clean towel even once....!!!
