Decepción por el trato
Pros: La habitación que nos dieron no es la misma que aparecía en la reserva, y aún poniendo una queja en Booking.com, ni contestaron. decepción por el trato recibido tanto por el hotel como por Booking.com , que no hicieron Mas que registrar la queja y enviarla , sin obtener respuesta, pero bueno ellos ya habían cobrado, verdad? Cons: Para viajeros medios y sin necesidades, no atienden quejas, aún esperando una respuesta después de un mes y me temo que no la recibiré por parte de nadie ni hotel ni Booking.com, todo informatizado y a cobrar por adelantado después, eso es lo que hay!

Pros: Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus in der Nähe. Studio ist gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche und Waschmaschine. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich nach Check Out. Für uns hat es gut gepasst. Cons: In unserem Studio war im Bad wohl mal ein Wasserschaden, Loch in der Wand, sehr schmutzige Leiste beim Duscheingang. Schlafsofa war extrem durchgelegen, eigentlich nicht zum schlafen geeignet.

Pros: Très bon emplacement, propre et moderne. Pour une nuit c’était très bien. Cons: La qualité de la literie n’est absolument pas au niveau du prix demandé.
