Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location
Pros: Was in a perfect location for the theatre that we were attending. Special mention to Kim from reception she was a real star and was so helpful Cons: Only thing is that possibly it could offer breakfast
Great stay
Pros: Good location Friendly staff Great for a 2 night stay Initially booked a windowless room, however it was during the heatwave and wishes to upgrade on arrival. This wasn't an issue and for an additional £36 we were promptly reallocated to a 2nd floor room with a fan :0) Cons: Nothing
A pleasant stay, I will come back!!
I really liked the hotel's geographical location, everything can be done on foot quietly. There are restaurants and essential supermarkets not too far from the hotel that are open until 11 pm. The staff are very smiling and kind. For 4 nights, it was perfect for me with 2 teenage girls and my husband.

Cons: Too small double bed. Additionally, it is a room next to the laundry room, which caused noise disturbance.
Great Location.
Pros: The location of this Hotel is great. Pimlico and Victoria underground stations are close by. There is a good selection of Bars, Restaurants and Cafés a short walk away. Cons: The room was compact and also quite worn. The grouting on the bathroom floor was gone, the divan bases of the beds were worn, and the net curtain was ripped. Being in a top floor room meant it was very warm. The fans helped. We reported our television as not working, but it was not repaired or replaced for us.
