Overall, the place is clean, but they are extremely stingy with cleaning supplies. Communication with the reception and staff is very poor — every time you email, a different person replies, and you have to repeat your request all over again. The air conditioning is terrible; you can’t switch it on or off, as it’s set automatically to 24–25°C. If you can find another hotel or accommodation for the same price, don’t hesitate, even if it costs you a little more.
Faulty AC with locked thermostat panel
This hotel does not have reception and checking in is not very straightforward, struggled with the code given at first. It is a nice and clean hotel but the worst downside is their AC was not working, the thermostat was locked and apparently according to the rude customer service the Italian govt is only allowing them to have the AC between 23deg to 26deg celcius but it was more like 30deg inside and she said it should cool down in 12hours! I booked 3nights and asked her what if I am checking out tomorrow and she went “but you’re not”? I requested for an electric fan and none will be available

Rummelig lejlighed, ny og pænt indrettet. Passer perfekt til familie med 2 børn hvor typiske hotelværelser bliver for småt hvis man gerne vil hygge om aftenen. Virkelig stor balkon. Alle køkkenmidler var tænkt ind i opholdet fra udlejers side, så det var bare helt perfekt! Eneste lille minus er temperaturen om sommeren. Metro lige i nærheden hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt.
