Pros: Emplacement Cons: Pas propre . Les draps étaient sales . La chambre avait une odeur de poussière . Salle de bain odeur de renfermé

The hotel was convenient for where we wanted to be but is not easy for general London visits.
Pros: The staff were extremely polite and helpful. When we complained about the allocated room we were changed immediately. Cons: The original room allocated on the first floor had a bank of air conditioning units outside which were constantly noisy. We asked to be moved and were given a room on the third floor which moved us away from the aircon units but the room was in need of refurbishment as the blinds were broken or missing and the curtains did not fully cover the windows. The shower had a broken tile.

Pros: Super gemütliches aber auch modernes Hotel welches weiß was Service ist! Preis-Leistung passt hier einfach zu 100%. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Cons: Nichts, es war alles gut.
