Unpleasant Stay, won’t return.

Cons: -Bathroom was not adequately cleaned prior to our check in. For example Shower seat was not cleaned properly (accessible room) very grubby looking. Also toilet had residue on the seat and down the side of the toilet bowl. Strands of hair on the rubber bath mat and handheld shower head. The room itself was very clean though. -the bed was absolutely tiny. It felt like a small double bed which made the sleeping very squashed for two average sized people. This is odd as the room itself was very spacious in comparison to the tiny bed. - housekeeping staff speaking loudly and vacuuming at 9:

Pros: Wir waren für ein Konzert im O2 in London, tolle Lage dafür. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind schön und haben gute Grösse. Cons: Hat zwar Pool, aber recht liebloses Ambiente im Poolbereich.

Pros: Clean and good amenities Cons: Tv useless, parking useless as have to call concierge and wait about 5/10 mins gate breaks and doesn’t open may aswell park outside somewhere, and is long as well as being expensive. Some rooms the bathroom / sink has no door so be wary. Irene is rude, Razia is amazing. But i got ‘upgraded’ seemingly to a lower priced room so double check if not happy
