Pros: The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, with a wide selection of hot and cold, sweet and savory options. Cons: We arrived at the hotel around 4:30 pm, long after the specified check-in time, and had to wait about 90 minutes with many other guests for our rooms as they had not been cleaned yet. This alone is not the biggest issue for me, although at an airport hotel with probably an average of 1 night stay, it should be better organized. When the reception staff do not make efforts to kindly point out the circumstances or look for alternatives
