Cons: Meanwhile, I booked for 4 people and upon arrival in the room there was only one double bed, I went back to the reception where rudeness reigns and I mentioned the missing beds managing to get only one extra bed, therefore sleeping in 3 in a double bed for 4 nights. Then great confusion and disorganization and communication in the dining area, we had dinner included but on the first evening to make ourselves understood and to get it we had to talk to 4 different people tossed between the restaurant and reception. Pros: Undoubtedly one of the best I have ever stayed in. Excellent facilities, excellent breakfast with a wide variety and always friendly and attentive staff. Cons: During the night, there was a bit of noise, I think it was from the air conditioning (even when turned off), but nothing that prevented me from resting.

Unfortunately, not recommended due to street noise

Pros: The accommodation itself is clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Unfortunately, the street noise is very audible in the room, which was very disturbing. We even had to change rooms from 417 to 504 and the street noise could still be heard in the new room.
