Pros: Not much. Cons: Didn't hold reservation. Staff was not friendly. Water pressure in room was low. King Deluxe room was in no way deluxe, there was barely enough room for the bed and nothing else special about it.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and will be back again
Pros: The atmosphere clean, friendly, the staff very helpful and welcoming from valet parking attendant, and all staff we encounter. The room very spacious and cleaned. The free shuttle from the hotel to the arena was excellent. Cons: No microwave in the room.

Disappointing stay- not what I booked.
Pros: Location to ballpark Cons: Smoky- booked a stadium view room- got a handicapped room with view of the roof. Horrible shower- disappointed we didn’t get what we booked. The check in girl was very curt and would not move us out of the handicapped room. Bed was very low to the floor but comfortable.
