Pros: Grei str for tre stk. Hyggelig betjening. Cons: Møkkete bad og gulv. Slitt. Kjøkkenvifta virket ikke. Veldig harde senger og puter

Average won’t stay again

Pros: It was well equipped with everything that was needed. Cons: Didn’t feel clean and smelt dusty and like bleach. Didn’t like the set up at all. Staff member at check in was eating and this felt unprofessional.

I would definitely stay again when I go to Liverpool, no problems chill

Pros: Location was where we needed to be for our trip Cons: When booking we seen there was a 3 seater sofa in the image and it was perfect as there were 3 of us. However the room we were given only had a 2 seater. The place was very cold and one of the radiators had a plastic cover screwed over the buttons so could not be used. There were electric heater there however it didn’t make much difference. We tried to use the apps on the TV which wouldn’t load and come up with an error message too.

Disappointed

Pros: The property was well situated and only a short distance from Liverpool centre and the staff were lovely. Cons: Despite such positive feedback on booking.com which prompted our booking, the apartment was filthy. The floor, windows and kitchen surfaces in the main living area were filthy and the bedding was really badly stained.
