Pros: In the last 15 years, I have been there at least twelve times and have always felt very comfortable. I have always expressed this in a positive way on various review platforms. I still believe that the hotel is an ideal starting point with good value for money for both business and private appointments in Berlin Mitte. Cons: This time, however, my impression was ambivalent. For the first time, I had a room on the second floor and unfortunately found only the unfortunate bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom, while my room on the sixth floor usually had a nice walk-in shower. Pros: Excellent location next to U-Bahn and close to Alexander Platz. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with small kitchen area, decent fridge. Very friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby. Edeka about 200 meters away where you can buy breakfast stuff for cheap if you want to save. Cons: It doesn’t have AC, hence the price and it was hot in the heatwave with provided fans not helping much. With open windows the street is quite noisy. Disappointing stay and poor service

Pros: The rooms were clean and the location of the accommodation was fine for our plans. Cons: Misleading parking costs & poor service orientation Unfortunately, there were significant disappointments during our stay. The costs for the parking garage were drastically higher on-site than indicated on the official hotel website on Booking.com. Spacious and well-equipped room

Spacious and well-equipped room. Very good breakfast. And the staff is always pleasant. Also very well located to visit Berlin.

Good hotel

Pros: Good location. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, and there is the possibility to leave luggage at the reception before and even after check-out for free. Cons: A bit hot in the room in summer, lacks air conditioning, but this is a problem in many cities in Europe.
