Location+Comfort+Convenience

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as tea, snacks and room-darkening shades. Convenient location, close to Maverick T station. Great communication with host, responded immediately when we had a question. Cons: The stairs are steep and narrow, no problem for us but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or large suitcases. We are sensitive to air fresheners so had a treasure hunt finding and closing all of those. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Quality and convenience

Pros: There is lots to like. It is a stone’s throw from Maverick subway station -one stop to the airport and about three from downtown. There are restaurants (esp Mexican/latin American and Italian) and convenience stores right around the corner. Inside the three bedrooms were a good size and comfortable and ideal for our group. There is a bathroom and separate shower room. The place has real character incl the very slightly sloping floor in the top bedroom and has well maintained stripped floors. There is a well equipped kitchen and iron/iron board and (though we didn’t use them) a washer a
