Pros: Everything was disgusting—filth throughout the house, dirty carpeting, dirty and stained bed linen; everything was horrible. There was a bad smell, the bed was broken, and the sofa bed was broken. I do not recommend it; I even have proof. Great location but apartment needs an upgrade

Pros: We were given all the information well in advance which was very helpful. Very close to the arena we were visiting and a lovely walk along the canal area. Cons: Where to start. The main bedroom window was locked shut we contacted the company and were told we would get a key - major fire hazard!!! Still waiting as we checked out. No fan available so the heat within the flat was unbearable. The bedroom blinds didn't close properly with one slat not turning properly so as you can imagine daylight coming into the room from early hours of the morning as there was no curtains. We had o
