Pros: Great location
Pros: Great location. Nice staff. Breakfasts are not amazing but for this price, you can eat your fill. Very good coffee. We had a very comfortable bed. Bedding and towels were very clean. Amazing view. Cons: Furniture in the kitchenette is worn out. Sofa in the living room is terribly uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning cannot cool the room when it's 25 degrees Celsius outside.

Fire alarm
Pros: Location on the Thames was wonderful, though a bit far from many tourist sights. Cons: From 8.30pm the fire alarm went off loudly in our room and in the whole building every 5 minutes. We evacuated to ask the staff for an update, but the staff were given no support from management and were under-resourced. They were told to turn off the alarm manually each time, but this did not stop the alarm from going off every 5 minutes. You can appreciate this is a dangerous situation to be in, being unsure if the alarm is for a genuine fire. We had an early train the next morning and were driven cr
