Great value clean and comfortable !
Pros: The place is as described, and the host very helpful. Also great value in this relatively expensive city. Some shops are close enough as well as the buses into the city itself Cons: Nothing not to like
Had a fantastic time, truly enjoyed the home and the fact that we could walk to the stadium to watch the football game

Great little guesthouse with studio apartment.
Pros: Great little apartment in downtown Tampa with patio. Nice thoughtful touches, comfortable bed. I would stay there again. Cons: Yard was overgrown and trees not trimmed where we were told to park. Motion lights don’t stay on long enough to light the path at night. Bigger coffee cups would be nice also.
Didn’t know what to expect. I was not bothered the entire time of my stay. Was able to go and come as I pleased. Easily
Pros: Central location to most important places in Tampa. Cons: No soap in the bathroom (extremely minor) and no light in the bedroom.
