Great friendly family and super comfy beds!
Great location for access by boat or paddle board to the lake. There was an error in the communication from hotel.com to the Logis but the hotel smoothly sorted it out without a fuss. We arrived early and were able to park and get out on our boards on the property and checked in at the end of the day. We stayed in a cabin that was clean and had great beds and pillows. Chairs provided to sit outside and enjoy the river views

Very disappointed
The general condition of the hotel is deplorable, both the pool surroundings (tiles, leaking footbath hose, cracked sun lounger), the very temperamental lock operation (requires skill and/or patience for the entrance door and room door), the plumbing in the room works but is in poor condition (sink mixer and shower hose). For the room: Louvered shutters without curtains, so significant light. The road is too close to sleep with the window open, air conditioning is missing in these conditions.

Disappointed to say the least
When the staff/owners finally arrived (I waited 2 hrs outside before they turned up) they were very helpful. However, the whole establishment needs a major refurbishment inside & out. It looks run down and it is.

Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous food in a popular restaurant.
