Pros: Location very convenient, Earls Court underground station very close. Buses running from everywhere. Grocery stores and cafes-restaurants right next door. Bed and pillows comfortable. And surprisingly quiet, street noise on the 2nd floor couldn't be heard in the room. Very polite and nice attitude at the reception. Air conditioning worked well and there was also a fridge in the room. Overall, many conveniences packed into a fairly small space. Cons: Had to wait separately for cleaning after 3 pm, even though the sign was out and the room was vacated by 11 am. The cleaners were talking ve

The air conditioning worked well and there was also a fridge in the room. Lots of amenities squeezed into a fairly small space. Great location and excellent customer service.

Pros: Great location and close to the underground, we were allowed to check in early by friendly staff, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Cons: Walls were thin so we could hear other residents however could not hear the street which was good. The air con made the room dusty which then caused my partner to cough / asthma to flair up.

We had the most amazing stay

We had the most amazing stay. Location was fab. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. They went over and beyond to help in any way they could. Would 100% recommend. We will definitely be staying here again.
