Overpriced & very average / rooms need refurbished
Pros: Nothing really , very average hotel for the price Cons: Over priced , breakfast buffet tasteless & long wait for seat . Carpets in rooms are filthy & horrible design . Full of rich Arabs who act like they own the place .
The stuff are very polite, especially the Bell boys, but the room was in a bad state, not as you expected from Hilton. The carpet is not clean and the cabinet in the bathroom worn out, not something you expect in 5 star hotel. Also, you do not expect to wait 10 minutes to enter the restaurant for breakfast. Disappointing.

Almost £3k for two nights in a soulless suite. Very disappointing
Pros: The evening restaurant staff, the suite was clean Cons: Buffet breakfast, awful check-out, a soulless suite, children running around; in particular in the private bar.
Pros: The individual booking us in was excellent. He directed us to a local barbers when the salon at the hotel was closed, offered a room for us to rest as our room wasn't ready and facilitated free drinks while we waited for the room to be available. He sourced an accessible room for us and a room next door for my son and his wife. When he saw me waiting at reception to talk with someone he sorted my problem immediately Cons: No pool. Wardrobe door was off runners when we went into the room
