Pros: Location The people at the front desk were very helpful and tried their best to find solutions Cons: No AC we were informed that AC is not working at the time of check in Very small room We were over charged for the night spent before changing the hotel due to AC issues
I could not stay because the hotel overbooked my reservation and no alternative was given.
Cons: The hotel had overbooked our reservation so we had to find something else at 10pm at night. The hotel customer team did not help us and booking.com did not do any commercial gesture. Disappointed about the experience.
I will be coming back next time for sure.
