Pros: The room upgrade was amazing to an executive suite. The executive lounge is excellent too. Cons: The pool could be heated to make the temperature warmer.

Cons: They took forever to send me an invoice. First they said they cannot send it via email and I had to request it cia Booking when I actually had contacted them via the Booking app already. Then they argued that the invoice would disclose Booking.com virtual card data and they never send invoices with third party data.. The. they said only Booking.com can issue the invoice. Unbelievably! I had to call Booking.com customer service and then suddenly all of that was no problem. Incompetent front desk staff!
