I stayed here 5 nights as one of a group of Viking cruisers on the London Churchill post-cruise extension. Viking chooses these pre- and post-cruise hotels with meticulous care, and the advantages of this hotel are clear: large well-furnished rooms and excellent location near bus and Tube stops. Heavily offsetting these virtues, the hotel faltered in these respects (which I have alerted Viking to): No hot water in either sink or shower -- all my showers were cold.
