From initial disappointment to a very good stay...

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is well located noy far from the main station at Paddington and the tube at Edgeware Rd, both easily walkable. There are some very OK restaurants and pubs close by. A good selection of shops, including supermarkets. My room was relatively spacious (deluxe double) and had an outside balcony. I cannot over emphasise the effort ALL the people working there put into helping guests enjoy there stay they were marvellous. The place was spotlessly maintained in terms of cleaning, but a little shabby around the edges... Cons: U

Great location and well equipped apartment.

Pros: Great apartment with a comfortable bed and good shower. Really appreciated the little kitchenette with a fridge, microwave etc so we could make breakfast. The location is excellent - only 10 mins walk from Paddington station with shops and cafes nearby. Cons: Pub opposite a little noisy but we had ear plugs so did not bother us. Late checkout was available but was charged at £10 an hour.
