Convenient and good value accomodation
Pros: Conveniently located in the centre of Nottingham. The appartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication regarding access was clear and timely. We needed to contact the host quite late on our first evening to ask about the hot water system and received an immediate and helpful response. Cons: The location and entrance lobby are somewhat shabby. Noise from the adjacent beer garden can be heard until past 11pm unless the windows are kept shut. The 3rd floor apartment was difficult to keep cool although when we stayed the weather was unusually hot.

Excelente relación precio/calidad.
Pros: La amplitud, la distribución, muy comoda. Excelente luz natural e iluminación. La ventilación también muy buena. La cocina funciona bien. Esta equipada convenientemente para 2 o 3 personas. Muy buenos el lavarropas y demás electrodomésticos. Cons: Algunos muebles no están en buen estado. La manta estaba descosida. Sería lindo que tuviera ascensor

Reasonably comfortable stay, great location
Pros: It was in an ideal location , was clean and comfortable with most of things you need Cons: Three flights of stairs with no lift and there was no space in the room for sofa

Cons: Mould in washing machine, gets very warm being in top floor and no AC
Cons: Mould in washing machine, gets very warm being in top floor and no AC. No lift and lots of stairs, impossible with luggage
