My stay was wonderful . Definitely going back
Pros: It’s the most convenient location. There was always ample parking. Cons: I didn’t like that the cleaners uncoordinated cleaning time.

Pros: The location. Very central, safe & secure Cons: Had to call several times for items not replaced inthe room, such as towels, water, teas etc, bathroom not clean. Need to improve on cleaning and ensuring appliances are working and rooms are fully stocked.

דירות נהדרות לזוג או למשפחה במיקום מרכזי אבל שקט.
Pros: דירות הלונגונוט הם הבית הקבוע שלי בניירובי. עם מבחר גדלים של חדרי שינה זה מתאים גם לזוגות וגם למשפחות או קבוצות. מרווח מאד נקי מים חמים וארוחות בוקר טובות . המיקום מרכזי ונהדר עם שירות אובר זמין במיידי. הצוות שירותי והחניה נוחה. Cons: היה לי עניין עם כניסה לחדר (נתקעתי בחוץ בלי המפתח , בלילה) ולא היה בנמצא אף איש צוות במשך כ 20 דקות שיעזור לי. מקווה שזה אירוע יוצא דופן וחד פעמי.
