Adequate stay
Pros: Ok location Cons: Breakfast was buffet. That was ok but I prefer waiter service taking order for breakfast. Boiled eggs were hard boiled nothing to dip! Fruit bowl was hidden in corner away from uncut fruits. Rubbish bags outside rooms when we arrived at 5pm and still there the following morning. Those rooms didn’t want the smelly rubbish inside there rooms but not very pleasant for everyone else. Humming noise in the room all night.
The perfect location, friendly staff and comfortable
Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and listened to every question I had. I was a solo birthday trip and they were great. Very nice room, I upgraded to the queen room and was perfect, they left my a personalised note and chocolates. Very comfortable and clean. Will definitely be coming back! Cons: Nothing

Pros: Location, bed was super comfortable, bathroom perfect Cons: Reception staff were a bit inconsistent we overheard another staff member giving information to other guests about WiFi/ breakfast abs coffee house info which were not given to us on check in
