Lotte Hotel Hanoi Stay Review
From check-in, the staff were friendly, which gave me a great first impression. The accommodation was cleaned neatly, and I received clean cleaning and laundry services during my stay. Even when dining at the restaurant, the staff were kind and did their best to resolve my concerns. Thank you very much. In particular, Phuong Anh (Ms.), who works on the club lounge floor, was very kind during check-in and check-out.
