Very good and pleasant stay!

Amazing! The location is perfect, the room was clean and well organized, there was everything we needed. The mini washing machine and the projector added the final touch!

Perfect 10/10

Pros: Very Comfortable bedding beautiful supportive pillows. Loved the soundproof walls. Spotless in all areas of the hotel well-maintained bathrooms Very friendly Staff: Polite, helpful team members. Housekeeping staff making sure beds made daily fresh towels supplied, and rooms tidied up daily. Very central Location - right next door to Lotte World, Mall. Food Hall, Grocery shops. Children loved the swimming pool. Gym - 10/10 Absolutely Loved our stay will stay again. Cons: Nothing - everything absolutely 10/10

Very happy and memorable trip!

Pros: Thank you we loved our family room on the 20th floor. View of Lotte World Tower wonderfully lit up every night. Rooms quiet, Beds very comfortable - beyond expectation. Pillows soooo comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room clean with daily housekeeping, clean towels. Will definitely stay again. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. Perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable room. Family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.
