Good view, comfortable but many steps to climb

Pros: The view over the City of Bath was lovely. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The house was well appointed with comfortable seating and beds for 6 people. The decor was smart. There was a dishwasher though the property agents seemed unaware of this. It was clean and spacious. The owners/agents were quick to respond. Cons: The stairs, Bath is a hilly city but there were a lot of steps and stairs in and around this property. If you're getting dropped off ask to be left at Alton Place and then you only have to do 2 flights of steps. There was dirty cutlery in the drawers

Would never stay or recommend this property . Extremely disappointed for many reasons.

Pros: Location was in walking distance , lots of stairs to navigate. We love Bath , but would stay in a different part next time. Cons: The true description of the property would have been beneficial , as if we had known the garden was not accessible, due to damage and the hand rail totally covered by overgrown bushes, and my daughter is visually impaired, so she could not use the garden, as this was too much a risk factor for her. we would not have chosen this property. we contacted the property multiple times during our stay and they asked for photos and videos , which we supplied and then c

Very disappointing and did not live up to the advertising of it

Pros: The house would be great for a group of friends or family who happy to walk into the town and were happy to negotiate many stairs. The house had many facilities available, and the bedrooms looked quite nice. Cons: The location was not as easy or near as I had expected, there were a lot of stairs to get up to the house which I was unaware of. I had expected to be in the town itself. The key lock box was positioned near the the ground which made it very difficult to access and see the numbers. The house was a tired with stained carpets and would massively benefit from a refurb. I did
