Outstanding staff
Excellent staff and nice quiet room made this a pleasant stay. Jacques restaurant was very good. Housekeeping was excellent.
A New York stay that feels like a residence.
The Lowell is just that good. The suites are genuinely spacious, with working fireplaces and furnishings that feel collected. It's more private apartment than hotel room. The staff remembered small details: coffee order, room setup, prior requests, without making a show of it. Tucked on a quiet Upper East Side block, it's close to Central Park and Madison Avenue, yet worlds away from NYC's noise. A New York stay that feels like a residence. I'd go back without hesitation.

The Lowell has become so much more than our favorite hotel in New York City-it has become our home away from home. After our first stay at the Lowell we decided to hold our wedding there. The wedding was handled with extraordinary care, elegance, and gracious hospitality.
