Overall good worth for your money

Pros: I liked the privacy of both the rooms and the bathrooms, it was nice having your own sink in the room as well. The included breakfast was wonderful with plenty vegan and gluten-free options. The location of the hotel is great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Our rooms were quite warm and difficult to cool down because of the way the windows opened (only about 30cm, which is understandable considering the safety risks). The beds and pillows were pretty hard and gave me a bit of a stiff neck on the first night.

I've been staying here since the 1980s--the location is ideal.

Pros: Breakfast was very satisfying and the staff serving it were lovely. Location is superb. Lift is really useful. Value overall is good. Wifi worked well. Cons: Reception staff weren't very welcoming or efficient. Carpets throughout the building were extremely shabby. Wastebasket in room was inadequate. Pillow on bed was inadequate.

Pros: Tasty breakfast, lots of food choices, good location, low price compared to other hotels. Liked that it was possible to leave luggage for storage. Cons: I stayed on the 3rd floor. It gets quite hot in the summer. Felt like there was a lack of ventilation. It was good that there was a fan in the room, otherwise it would have been too hot.

Was expecting a small hotel, it’s actually really shabby uni dorms being let out as hotel rooms. Nit
