Lumen Hotel & The Lisbon Light Show

Good quality hotel in downtown Lisbon.

We stayed here for 4 nights with the Collette Tour company. They picked this hotel, and we were very pleased with it. The light show is fun, and from the courtyard facing rooms you can see most of it, which is nice because it starts at like 10pm and runs for 15 minutes. So it's nice to just open the curtains, and the window, and watch. We at breakfast daily at the hotel buffet and it clearly caters to tourists as there was a wide variety of breakfast foods. Dissappointing

Cons: Average Hotel. Towels frequently had dirty marks on them, we had to request new towels 3 times in one day before they were finally delivered. Breakfast was okay, but every day the pear juice was served from a broken jug. This is a safety concern, as pieces of the broken jug could potentially end up in the juice. The biggest issue was that one evening I returned to my room to find it filled with smoke. I initially thought there was a problem with the air conditioning, and called the technician, only to find that it was from a private event where sardines were being grilled on the patio.

Amazing stay!

Really nice hotel, beautiful roof top with pool, music, bar. Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Service was perfect. Well located. We enjoyed everything about this place!
