Pros: The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I appreciated being able to change rooms after the first night and receiving a €70 voucher for the hotel bar following the problems with the air conditioning. Cons: Unfortunately, several issues affected our comfort and sleep. On the first night, the mattress had a noticeable dip, which made it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning did not work for the final two nights. Before the last night, I specifically asked whether it had been repaired and was told it was working at 20% reduced capacity. However,

Pros: L'hôtel est très beau, l'accueil réservé a été chaleureux et facile. La chambre était plus que correcte, les installations comme la piscine, le bar et la salle de sport donnent un petit truc en plus. Et le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Cons: La chambre présentait quelques marques d'usure, la porte fenêtre était difficile à ouvrir, la télé est un peu ancienne et ne donne pas accès aux plateformes comme Netflix...
