Cons: the furniture was in disrepair, the sofa was torn down the back and cushions were put on top of it to cover it up. the parking is not as useful as it's made out to be with sharing parking with the neighbours. The owner contacted me in the run up to the stay and asked me to pay them directly to avoid using booking.com

Pros: Nothing good highly avoid will rob you blind Cons: The landlord will only let people from far stay and will use any excuse for u not to stay mine was ur id don’t look legit was shown other documents still no so if u need a trustworthy place to stay STAY AWAY AS being chasing for a refund for 3 weeks and booking .com will say it’s between u and landlord which is no good as its done on their site under thier noses
Nice property for a short stay
Pros: Very nice large property, reasonably priced. Host was very good at accommodating our arrival times. Parking on site. Cons: No smoke alarms in the property, some of the radiators dont work, didn't say in advance that the lead booker must be over 21 years old.
Shouldn't be an Air BNB
Cons: This property looks decent in the pictures, its not in a great location. Which you wouldnt know unless you knew the area. The sofa was broken, the white covers on the chairs looked like they hadnt been washed for months. Handles for kitchen all broken. It looks like its still being renovated. Upon arrival we were told a previous booking had broken the bed, and they had to lock the door. So instead of a 4 bed house, it was now only a 3 bed. Property advertises towels, however none provided.
