Luxury 1-Bed Flat - Free Parking

Pros: Very clean, sofa and bed are very comfortable which makes a difference with my illness. Has everything I need. Staff at Lusso Lets are very helpful, polite and accommodating. Respond very well to any concerns. Cons: Bin in kitchen ( inside cupboard door is too small It would be helpful to have a normal size bin. Pillows are a little thin but not too bad Everything else is good

Pros: Excellent location, clean, well furnished, the lift Cons: Letting agents were helpful but they do need to read emails rather than follow procedures. They were told several times that few days before the stay I would only be contactable by phone or text. They sent an email and I use a none smart mobile phone.

Luxury apartment stay

Pros: Location. Bed was very comfortable. Very well catered for guests Cons: Used brillo pad Dirty filter in shower with last guests hair on it No plug for sink Hole in bedroom ceiling, covering sprinkler system

Pros: The apartment has a basic kitchen with living and dining space. Comfortable sofa suite and dining chairs. Clean, with all basic essentials for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and fan and air contioning unit which was particularly useful in the current hot weather Cons: The fridge freezer was not working properly but staff did everythinv they could to remedy the situation. There is a bit of a damp smell in bathroom but i understand as these apartments have no bathroom windows
